About Nicholas Rodriguez

Nick grew up in Tucson and received his B.A. in Political Science & Government from the University of Arizona, and followed with his law degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2014.  In law school Nick took a keen interest in litigation and appellate work and received the award for best oral argument performance in his advanced legal writing class.  His passion for writing and oral advocacy continues as he now applies those skills as a practitioner. He is licensed in Arizona and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court.

Nick is experienced in handling civil litigation matters of all types in both state and federal court. He is also fluent in Spanish and is a member of the Tucson Defense Bar and Pima County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division.

When he is not practicing law, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, reading, performing in the Tucson Musicians Club where he plays piano, and cheering on the Wildcats.
